Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicolas Lassalle is a mechanical and thermal satellite architect with 17 years of engineering experience and a decade of deep involvement in structural sizing and thermal-mechanical justification for high‑consequence aerospace programs. He has led multi‑disciplinary teams and managed development-to-industrialization of satellite antennas and platforms at Thales Alenia Space and now HEMERIA, combining hands‑on finite element expertise (statics, thermo‑elastic, acoustics, fatigue) with program-level cost and schedule ownership. Nicolas pioneered the deployment of topology optimization tied to additive manufacturing within satellite hardware development, writing methodologies and training teams to industrialize novel designs. Comfortable in international, high‑pressure environments, he pairs rigorous test and qualification practice with a pragmatic drive to deliver on time and on budget. Colleagues know him for strong collective leadership and a personal commitment to seeing demanding projects through from concept to flight readiness.
