Top SchoolNicolas Narbaïs-jauréguy is a Forward Deployed Engineer with a decade of experience helping large European customers adopt observability and security best practices, most recently guiding strategic implementations and product-roadmap feedback loops. He blends hands-on technical program delivery—automating configuration assessments and building internal tooling—with customer-facing enablement, training, and long-term value planning. A founder and investor, he also runs Digitam to help teams measure and improve observability and co-created a lightweight LinkedIn-posting startup, showing a knack for turning operational pain points into product ideas. His background in engineering and manufacturing (CentraleSupélec, Cambridge) informs a pragmatic, metrics-driven approach to systems improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Known for mentoring peers and building repeatable training programs, he bridges product, engineering, and customer success to drive measurable outcomes. Based in Bern, he combines enterprise-scale TAM experience with startup agility and a track record of shipping tooling that scales.
