Top SchoolNicolas Palard is an experienced full stack and back-end software engineer with 11 years of practice building production-grade web and embedded systems, now contributing at Thermo Fisher Scientific from Talence, France. He has led API design and front-end integrations as Lead Developer at Postelo, delivering an embeddable ReactJS app and a scalable internal API while optimizing deployment pipelines and large-scale data syncs. His background spans computer vision and AR—creating high-performance image-processing microservices (C++, CUDA, OpenGL ES) and Unity integrations—alongside research work on accessible audio-tactile spatial AR. Comfortable across the stack, Nicolas combines rapid prototyping with production hardening and has hands-on experience with device cameras, QR processing, SSO, email/SMS APIs, and DevOps automation. Curious and product-minded, he blends academic rigor from a Master’s in Sound & Image Processing with practical engineering that turns complex interfaces into usable tools.
