Top SchoolNicolas Sartor is a Staff Software Engineer with eight years of full-stack experience, currently leading technical efforts at InStride from Henderson, Nevada. He specializes in TypeScript-driven stacks (Next.js, React, Nest.js, MongoDB) and has repeatedly shaped product foundations—moving a monolith toward microservices, refactoring architectures for fast iteration, and guiding teams of 3–6 engineers across product, QA and UX. At UNUM he paired hands-on engineering with Scrum leadership to deliver cross-platform auth, CI/CD, testing automation, and complex third-party integrations like Stripe and Instagram. Known for building pragmatic supporting systems (email automation, analytics, Tableau integrations) and hiring engineers, he blends executional rigor with an eye for scalable design patterns. Notably, he was among InStride’s earliest hires, helping define long-term platform direction while still shipping day-to-day features.
