Top SchoolNicolas Vallet is a data and IT leader with over a decade of experience steering master data, BI and functional urbanization initiatives at Botanic, where he moved from senior project management into Responsable Service Data & Innovation. He combines strong technical fluency in data architecture and modelling with hands-on delivery of cross-functional programs including MDM/PIM, CRM analytics, sales & stock indicators, purchasing performance and SIRH. Known for clear synthesis and documentation skills, he also drives operational improvements such as access automation, intranet rollouts and SI urbanization while managing vendors and budgets. Colleagues value his autonomy, listening skills and practical “faire savoir / savoir faire” approach that turns complex business needs into pragmatic, measurable solutions. Unusually for a leader at this level, he retains deep implementation experience from early software and consulting roles, giving him credibility both with developers and executives.
