Senior🎓
Top SchoolNidhi Pandya is a mobile-focused software developer with 8 years’ experience delivering Android and Flutter solutions for financial and consumer apps in the UK and India. She has shipped production banking features for Virgin Money using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Hilt, and led a Flutter proof-of-concept that demonstrated measurable performance and UX gains. Comfortable across MVVM, BLoC and Riverpod state management, she combines strong API, CI/CD and testing practices with a track record of improving app performance (notably a 20% boost) and driving code quality through regular reviews. An active open-source maintainer, Nidhi has published recognized starter projects like an MVVM Hilt App and a Flight Ticket Booking App and writes technical posts on Flutter patterns. She pairs hands-on implementation skills (Kotlin, Java, Dart, Firebase, Mongo Realm) with collaborative Agile delivery, having participated in full digital banking launches and cross-functional squads. Her background — MSc in Computer Science plus dual Indian degrees and a Microsoft certification — underscores a continuous-learning mindset and practical engineering breadth.
