Senior🎓
Top SchoolNiels Otter is a serial founder and software engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience building full-product solutions from event apps and POS systems to a niche CAD-CAM platform for insoles and orthotics. As Co-Founder & CEO of LutraCAD he combines product vision with deep technical ownership, delivering cloud-enabled end-to-end design and manufacturing workflows that support multi-location practices and custom libraries. He previously founded boutique engineering shops (Lutrasoft, ReJuNi) and built high-performance web platforms and APIs, demonstrating a pattern of turning prototypes into production-grade systems. Comfortable as a sole developer or leading small teams, he emphasizes practical automation and user-centered tooling—an example is integrating offline-capable commerce and NFC/QR workflows for live events. Based in Uden, Netherlands, he pairs formal ICT training with entrepreneurial grit and a knack for shipping integrated hardware-software solutions.
