Top SchoolNigel Greenway is an experienced engineering manager and hands-on software leader with 11 years building and modernising web platforms, currently leading engineering at Drivvn. He has driven monolith-to-microservice replatforms, authentication and account system rewrites, and delivered customer-focused products by combining DevOps, UX collaboration, and Domain-Driven Design. Nigel has a track record of lifting team capability—introducing CI, TDD, design systems and behavioural-driven practices—and coaching cross-functional teams to ship minimal usable products that deliver immediate value. A Linux-using geek and father, he balances pragmatic engineering with inclusive team practices and a penchant for promoting technologies and processes he believes in. Notably, his background spans both legacy PHP monoliths and modern React/Node/NextJS microapps, giving him rare fluency across stacks during large-scale migrations.
