Senior🎓
Top SchoolNihar Sawant is a Senior Product Manager with 12 years of experience building developer-friendly and collaboration-focused software products from Mumbai. Currently at Dialpad, he has driven video conferencing innovations and integrations that position the product as a nimble alternative to incumbents like Zoom and Google Meet. Previously he led product strategy and a remote PM organization at FusionCharts, launching two products to product-market fit and steering a shift toward BI. His background as a founder and full-stack developer gives him rare end-to-end empathy—from architecting the technology stack for early cloud kitchens to building in-browser 3D tools and CAD search. Nihar combines hands-on technical chops with a bias for pragmatic productization, often finding growth levers in developer experience and workflow integrations. He’s known for shipping durable, integrable features that help teams collaborate more effectively across distributed environments.
