Top SchoolNik Mcfly is a Managing Partner and founder working at the intersection of Generative AI and psychoacoustics, building bespoke “neuro-audio” protocols for UHNWIs, founders, and family offices. With five years of startup and AI experience scaling systems at Hybrain and training people from 33 countries, he blends technical fluency in multi-agent AI with applied psychoacoustic engineering. He founded MMS Private Office to fill a niche he identified—engineered auditory infrastructure for high-performance cognitive states—delivering deep-focus and cognitive-precision assets inaccessible to conventional studios. Nik also co-founded HYBRAIN School to make AI tools accessible to non-technical audiences and aims to teach AI to 10 million people. Based in London, he combines product strategy, business development, and proprietary generative neural engines to turn sound into practical cognitive tooling. A background that spans early product experiments, community advising, and a bit of irreverent GitHub persona hints at a creator who balances rigorous R&D with a playful, unconventional approach.
