Top SchoolNiket Ashesh is a technology partner and hands-on engineering leader with 12 years of experience helping organizations translate business problems into practical digital solutions. Based in Los Angeles, he co-leads Alpha Solutions USA where he focuses on pragmatic migrations and platform modernizations—particularly Sitecore XM Cloud—helping clients avoid costly, misdirected investments. His background spans roles from architect to practice director and managing consultant across enterprise consulting firms, giving him deep experience in delivery, architecture, and client-facing strategy. Niket pairs a Master’s in Computer Science from USC with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach: he prefers eliminating friction (literally and figuratively) rather than applying flashy fixes. He’s known for spotting the real problem behind a client’s ask and aligning technical choices to long-term business goals. Outside work he’s the sort of problem-solver who will try a motorcycle or pilot’s license before concluding the real issue was never traffic at all.
