Senior🎓
Top SchoolNiket Pathak is a Senior Lead Developer based in the Greater Paris area with 11 years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack web platforms for media, telecom and civic tech. He architects and ships production-grade React, Svelte and NodeJS systems, leading teams through code reviews, pair programming and CI/CD refactors while championing accessibility (RGAA4) and monitoring best practices. His background spans microservices, SSR, containerized AWS deployments, performant front-ends for constrained devices (set-top boxes) and real-time systems, reflecting a rare comfort across both browser UIs and backend infrastructure. A self-described programming junkie and Linux fan, he pairs pragmatic engineering with product-focused rituals (Kanban/Scrum) and a track record of improving test coverage and observability. Notably, he has driven large-scale projects for Radio France (hosting major stations) and steered steering-committee decisions at bluenove, showing both technical depth and organizational influence.
