Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikhil Bansal is a Senior Android Engineer with 10 years of experience, now evolving into an AI-first builder while leading mobile engineering at NymCard from Bengaluru. He has driven large-scale Android products—most notably scaling a PPI Wallet to 10M+ monthly active users at Slice—by improving performance, security, and developer ergonomics. He architected server-driven UI and SDUI improvements using Jetpack Compose, reduced build times and crash rates, and introduced robust navigation and event orchestration patterns across multi-module apps. Nikhil pairs product-focused analytics with technical craftsmanship, having cut user drop-offs via funnel analysis and implemented payload encryption and anti-tamper measures for payments. A regular speaker at GDG Hyderabad and author at Mindorks, he also mentors developers and has hands-on experience with cross-platform hybrids, CI/CD pipelines, and low-connectivity offline-first apps. Notably, he combines deep Android internals know-how with a pragmatic push toward AI-enabled features and faster feedback loops for shipping mobile experiences.
