Top SchoolNikit Phadke is a founding-stage engineering leader and CTO with 11 years of experience building AI-native, cloud-scale products and teams from the ground up. He has repeatedly turned early-stage ideas into production systems—most recently architecting a multi-agent, RAG- and CoT-powered cybersecurity platform for enterprise cloud environments and driving AI-velocity as CTO at Makua. His hands-on background spans full-stack and mobile (notably React Native), microservices at scale, and data-intensive security and log-analysis pipelines using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS/GCP integrations. Nikit combines product-focused engineering (shifting a company from B2C to B2B via an embeddable payments plugin) with talent-building during high-attrition stretches, owning both hiring and delivery. He brings a research-rooted analytical mindset from an MS at University of Utah and early systems work at NetSuite to pragmatic startup execution. A maker at heart, he favors AI orchestration and automation that measurably reduces analyst workload and accelerates time-to-value.
