Nikita Arkhipov
Summary
👤
SeniorNikita Arkhipov is an iOS Team Lead with 11+ years of hands-on experience shipping 40+ iOS projects and leading an eight-person team at Sber Devices, where he boosted code quality, forecasting and retention through process and culture improvements. He began coding at 12 and has built a career blending deep Swift expertise with architectures he designed (Flux/Redux-inspired, Viper, MVVM) and practical toolchains including Realm/CoreData, RxSwift/Combine, fastlane/Jenkins and extensive testing. As a founder of Anvics he delivered award-winning mobile products and developer tooling—such as a Figma-to-code generator and several iOS libraries—and mentored engineers who progressed into senior roles. A conference speaker and creator of beginner-to-intermediate iOS courses, he pairs technical craft with people leadership and low turnover as measurable outcomes. Notably, his background spans multiple languages (Objective-C, Ruby, C#, JavaScript) and a knack for turning design-heavy concepts into performant native apps (e.g., AR/face-replacement and GPU-accelerated video editing).
