👤
SeniorNikita Bystrov is a Lead Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building thoughtful, maintainable front-end systems using JavaScript and TypeScript, currently leading engineering at Garda Tech. He combines a pedantic attention to detail and a love of clean code with practical leadership—having progressed from developer to team lead roles at IT-company Lad. Nikita favors well-designed architectures and prefers programming to styling, bringing a perfectionist’s eye tempered by pragmatism and calm decision-making. He values direct feedback, seeks compromise in conflicts, and thrives working autonomously without micromanagement. Continuously learning and applying new ideas, he pairs aesthetic sense with disciplined engineering to deliver reliable user-facing products. Based in Nizhniy Novgorod, he maintains a strong work-life balance while steadily advancing front-end best practices.
