Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Danilov is a Senior Software Engineer and team leader with 11 years of experience designing and operating scalable .NET backend systems, currently at Microsoft and previously leading multi-disciplinary teams at EPAM. He combines deep C#/ .NET internals expertise, performance tuning and distributed architecture (gRPC, message-driven systems, CosmosDB/MS SQL) with hands-on cloud practice across Azure and AWS, including migrations to AKS and cost optimizations. Nikita has a strong track record in system design and observability—implementing Structurizr proofs-of-concept, Grafana dashboards, and CI/CD pipelines—and routinely reduces technical debt while stabilizing delivery cadence. Beyond delivery, he mentors engineers, runs onboarding and interview processes, and has presented at DotNext and DotNetRu; his academic background (Candidate of Technology Sciences) and university teaching inform a methodical, research-minded approach to engineering. Based in Málaga, he brings a practical blend of architecture, performance pragmatism and people development that helps complex enterprise products stay maintainable and performant.
