Summary
🤩
RockstarNikita Filatov is a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with 11 years of experience building and shipping frontend-first products across startups and large tech companies. He has driven end-to-end frontend delivery and infrastructure work—from configuring Nginx, webpack, CI/CD and e2e pipelines to implementing complex features like language drills, teacher tools and payment reporting in ed-tech. At Yandex he helped grow the frontend team as an early hire and tech lead, hiring and mentoring juniors into stronger roles, and at Shopify and Luxoft he focused on robust testing, refactoring and production reliability. Currently at Choco, he continues to blend hands-on feature development with operational ownership. His background shows a knack for turning abstract product goals into decomposed tasks and reproducible delivery processes, with a strong emphasis on maintainability and measurable quality improvements.
