Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Kadirov is a Senior Software Engineer II based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, with nearly a decade of experience building backend services and full-stack systems primarily in Python and TypeScript. He designs and leads production-grade microservices—recently implementing a company-wide Reverse ETL platform and earlier transforming signup flows with Python, PostgreSQL, and Kafka—while working comfortably in large, million-line codebases. Nikita combines hands-on engineering with practical DevOps and observability work (Docker, CI/CD, ELK/Elastic APM) and has a track record of driving cross-team adoption of reusable frameworks and templates. He also mentors engineers through career milestones and refactors testing approaches to improve reliability and maintainability. Having progressed from frontend junior roles to senior technical leadership, he brings both product-minded pragmatism and an eye for developer experience to complex systems.
