Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Kirsanov is a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with 8 years of experience specializing in JavaScript and modern front-end architectures. He has built projects from scratch and scaled large enterprise apps across banking, e-commerce, travel, and workforce management, while leading small teams and mentoring engineers. At Tourlane he drove a migration to JAMstack, TypeScript, and micro-frontends, introduced a BFF layer with Apollo/Node and Terraform-managed AWS, and optimized SEO and performance for customer-facing sites. Equally comfortable designing CI/CD pipelines and reusable accessible UI components, he contributes to open source and enjoys functional programming—currently exploring ReasonML and Haskell—and is curious about Rust and Kotlin. His background as a former Java developer and meetup host gives him a pragmatic, community-minded approach to engineering and knowledge sharing.
