Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Koshelev is an ML Engineer with 4 years focused on deploying production AI across computer vision, NLP, and graph analytics, built on an 11-year engineering foundation that began in QA automation. He designs end-to-end systems—from problem framing and feature engineering to model training and production integration—having shipped OCR, face verification, fraud reduction, and compliance analytics that cut account fraud and sped document processing tenfold. At a fintech, he architected a graph-analytics pipeline with handcrafted graph features and GNN embeddings that achieved 0.96 ROC-AUC to surface networks of shell companies invisible to rule-based systems. Comfortable with PyTorch, YOLO, PaddleOCR, ArcFace, Docker, Kafka and Kubeflow, he pairs ML research with strong CI/CD, testing and reliability practices learned in QA roles. Based in Barcelona and completing an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, he’s open to remote roles on international teams and brings the rare combination of production-first ML engineering and deep testing discipline.
