Top SchoolNikita Kravchuk is a product-focused machine learning leader with nine years of experience building high-performance ML systems for fintech and search, currently driving AI initiatives in Credit at Revolut. Previously Head of ML at Yandex.Fintech, he owned end-to-end scoring, antifraud, CoR prediction and feature infrastructure, and scaled real-time models that materially increased GMV for BNPL. He combines deep systems expertise—C++/CUDA GPU work and multi-GPU solvers—with production ML rigor, shipping pipelines, A/B testing frameworks and model rollout controls. A former MSU theoretical computer science specialist and teaching assistant, he bridges rigorous algorithmic thinking with pragmatic product delivery. Notably, his background spans both low-level performance engineering and applied NLP/credit modeling, making him fluent in squeezing latency and risk out of large-scale financial systems.
