Top SchoolNikita Navalikhin is a seasoned CTO with 11 years of experience building high-load, data-intensive systems and leading engineering organizations from MVP to production. Based in Lisbon and serving as Directual's CTO since 2015, he architected a low-code platform combining Scala/Java backends, React frontends, Kubernetes-driven CI/CD, and HBase/MongoDB/Postgres stores. His background includes delivering real-time transactional analytics for Tinkoff Bank and Java EE billing systems for European banks, reflecting strong domain experience in finance and high-throughput services. He routinely blends hands-on development, DevOps foundations, and talent building—creating IT departments and roadmaps from scratch.
