Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Paramonov is a senior backend engineer and current Chief Development Engineer at Sberbank with nine years of experience building and refactoring Python-based services and migrating monoliths to microservices. He specializes in async Python (asyncio, FastAPI, aio-pika), robust API design (OpenAPI/Swagger), databases across SQL and NoSQL, and CI/CD workflows from TeamCity/BitBucket to GitLab CI. At NPF “Future” he led API development, complex integrations (SMEV, ESIA, various CRMs) and ported services from Tornado to FastAPI while mentoring junior engineers and doing thorough code review. He emphasizes tooling and quality—type annotations, Ruff, mypy, pytest coverage, Sphinx/MkDocs—and operates and deploys services on Linux with Docker, Celery, RabbitMQ and Redis. An active open-source maintainer, he publishes utilities like SeleniumScraper and GitLab webhook automation and continues to explore Elasticsearch and new languages. Beyond backend systems he routinely builds admin UIs and dashboards, blending practical full-stack instincts with backend-driven architecture.
