Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikita Pokidyshev is a founder and Head of AI with a decade of hands-on experience building production ML systems across computer vision and LLM-agent domains. He founded veloxlab to turn vague AI ambitions into shipped MVPs within weeks, favoring rapid validation over long discovery phases. As the first AI hire at multiple startups he built core agent infra, integrations with Salesforce/HubSpot, and agentic systems that automated CRM workflows and boosted productivity by 30%. His work spans on-device computer vision (shipping solutions that outperformed competitors and ran at high FPS on low-end phones) to real-time AI systems for education that review sessions and coach teachers in production. Based in Dubai with a Master’s in Applied Mathematics, he combines research-grade modeling with pragmatic product engineering and a proven knack for taking 0-to-1 ideas into iterated production. Notably, he repeatedly ships constrained, high-impact solutions fast—often solo or as the first AI hire—bridging research, infra, and product.
