Top SchoolNiklas Hägg is a pragmatic software developer and team coach with 10 years of experience building Java-based enterprise systems and improving development workflows. He combines hands-on coding at Ida Infront with leadership across projects, having won machine-learning competitions as a team lead and facilitated multinational expert teams to solve industrial and scientific challenges. Comfortable across backend tech (Java, SQL, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins) and product-facing responsibilities, he also runs a small innovation company focused on cross-disciplinary problem solving. Known for driving both technical direction and people development, he quickly assumed the company test specialist role and coaches his team remotely from Nyköping. Beyond the office he’s an experienced presenter and world traveler who deliberately seeks environments where diverse perspectives break groupthink and spark meaningful change.
