Top SchoolNiklas Stephenson is a serial founder and product-led CEO with 11 years of experience building subscription businesses and scaling cross-functional teams from idea to exit. He combines hands-on product strategy with operational rigor, having founded multiple startups (Relatel, Openli, Memolane) and led product and growth at scale-level companies like Trustpilot and Whimsical. Niklas excels at discovering product-market fit through freemium models and data-informed experimentation, repeatedly turning early validation into paying customers and VC-backed rounds. Currently focused on reimagining telephony for small businesses with Phone.inc, he blends product, engineering and go-to-market thinking to ship differentiated SaaS offerings. A pragmatic leader and coach, he invests as an LP and advises teams on product discovery and empowered, outcome-driven processes. Based in Svendborg, Denmark, he brings entrepreneurial grit and a rare mix of startup founding, executive leadership, and hands-on product craft.
