Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikola Madjarevic is a founder and CTO with eight years building blockchain-first products and leading engineering teams from R&D to market, currently steering NIMA Labs and projects like DragonSwap and DSX. He previously scaled Avalaunch as CTO—helping secure ~$30M for incubated teams and supporting a token that achieved a 600x ATH—and held senior R&D roles at DcentraLab where he helped raise $25M+ across on-chain initiatives. Based in Belgrade, he blends deep technical chops in L1/L2 Ethereum stacks with hands-on product execution and fundraising experience. Nikola’s motto—“decentralize everything”—is reflected in a career that moves fluidly between engineering, strategy, and founding, and he brings a hacker’s curiosity rooted in strong math and CS training.
