Top SchoolNikola Mirković is a Technical Lead and senior frontend engineer with 10 years of experience building and scaling design systems and polished UIs, currently leading improvements for Scania's Tegel design system in Stockholm. He combines hands-on React, CSS/SCSS and design-system craftsmanship with team coaching and squad-level coordination, translating pixel-perfect designs into reliable, maintainable components. His background spans startups and enterprise settings—Detectify, ComeOn!, and Scania—where he’s bridged design and engineering while owning release processes and documentation. Trained as a computer engineer with additional graphic design studies, Nikola brings both technical depth and a designer’s eye, and outside work he’s a blogger, biker and photographer known for his signature mustache.
