Top SchoolNikola Mladenovic is a seasoned System and Web Administrator with 10 years of hands-on experience managing over 40 Linux servers for Catalyst Balkans and previous cloud hosting work at Providus Managed Cloud. He specializes in monitoring and observability (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet/Aegir), and maintaining secure LAMP/LNMP stacks and mail/DNS infrastructure. Nikola has led major platform projects—Postfix, Nagios, Zabbix, Aegir and Ansible rollouts—while owning backup strategies, security upgrades for Drupal/WordPress/CRMs, and day-to-day incident response. Comfortable across Debian, FreeBSD and Windows environments, he brings practical experience in CDN failover, DDoS mitigation, and cloud-managed services. Based in Belgrade, he combines NGO-sector mission-driven work with the operational rigor of production systems, and has developed strong independence and accountability as the primary systems owner. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic solutions that balance reliability, security, and maintainability.
