Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikolai Varankine is a versatile software developer and AGI researcher with over four decades of continuous technical experience and 14 years of recent professional practice, combining deep Java desktop expertise (Java 8, JavaFX, Neo4j) with hands-on work in CUDA, Python, and embedded systems. He designs high-quality, reliable full-stack desktop and web solutions—ranging from real-time medical imaging interfaces and IC layout CAD to on-the-fly Java code generation and BNF-driven data parsers—and has led production refactors to prepare open-source editions. His recent focus blends transformer analysis and AGI modeling with practical engineering: compiling Java from databases, building Thinker™ tooling, and porting ML experiments into serviceable web applications. Comfortable as a self-employed remote contractor, he brings PhD-level research rigor, PCB/IC CAD background, and a proven track record of state-of-the-art deliverables for moderate-cost engagements, with willingness for UK travel when supported.
