Top SchoolNikolaj Ahlberg-pedersen is a product-focused technology leader and co-founder of GameAnalytics, steering the platform from early codebase to a massive-scale analytics service tracking over 220 million daily players. As Chief Product Officer he blends deep hands-on engineering experience—SDKs, frontend, Python APIs and AWS—with strategic product vision, roadmap ownership and cross-team delivery. He moved from architecting performance-sensitive mobile SDKs and integrations to leading product strategy and modern backend migrations, giving him rare empathy for both developer ergonomics and large-scale operational concerns. Comfortable with technical debt trade-offs, Nikolaj is pragmatic, data-driven and proactive, with a Master’s in Games programming and 14 years of experience in game industry tooling. His long tenure at a single company reflects both entrepreneurial grit and the ability to scale systems and teams through multiple growth phases.
