Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikolaj Ivancic is a veteran software leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building developer tools, distributed systems, and patient-centric healthcare platforms, and he currently runs Congral from Ann Arbor. He blends deep technical foundations in applied mathematics with hands-on architecture and engineering leadership, having led teams across diagnostics, call center virtualization, and Internet-era communications products. For the past decade he has focused on open source front-end work around the Aurelia ecosystem, contributing practical tooling like interactive catalogs and identity/CI-CD components. His Shared Care Space platform demonstrates a rare combination of clinical workflow design and pragmatic integration of web, mobile, and device data to improve transitions of care. Not seeking hiring or vendor relationships, he operates primarily as an independent creator and steward of long-lived software systems.
