Top SchoolNikolay Kabzar is a senior QA engineer and AQA leader with over eight years of hands-on automation experience and six years managing test teams across FinTech and Entertainment domains. He has led and scaled AQA units of up to 14 engineers, combining technical hands-on skills in C#, Java, and PHP with responsibilities for hiring, mentoring, and technical interviewing. As a group manager he focused not only on delivery quality but also on employee retention, compensation, and unit profitability—treating profit margin as a core KPI.
