Summary
👤
SeniorNikolay Noskov is a senior software engineer and technical leader with over 15 years of experience designing resilient distributed systems and driving architecture and scalability across startups and global teams. He has led teams up to 26 engineers, built cloud-native microservice platforms that scaled 30x while sustaining 99.99% availability, and operated across AWS and GCP with strong CI/CD and DevOps practices. Nikolay blends hands‑on engineering (Golang, Node, PHP, React) with strategic technical leadership, having owned analytics and production platforms spanning Kubernetes, ECS, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch upgrades. He consistently improves developer experience and delivery velocity—examples include halving build times with Docker/ARM optimizations and migrating critical services to Go to triple pipeline speed and cut bugs. Based in West Vancouver, he pairs mentorship with measurable operational outcomes, often acting as an interim engineering manager while retaining technical responsibility. Notably, his career reflects repeated success converting legacy stacks into scalable, observable systems that support rapid growth.
