At Thomas Cook he established new departments, introduced company-wide Node.js practices and led multi-squad delivery for mission‑critical services; today he manages site operations at eToro. Known for bridging engineering and ops, he has deep experience implementing CI/CD, observability and cloud automation using tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, New Relic and Kibana. Comfortable both in code and in board-level reporting, he prioritizes measurable efficiency gains and developer-driven technical debt reduction. Based in Ukraine, he brings a pragmatic, systems-minded approach forged on large-scale, low-latency projects.
