Senior🎓
Top SchoolNil Bacardit is a CTO and hands-on Python/DevOps engineer with nine years of experience building web applications and digital products from Catalonia. He leads technical strategy at Iskra.cat while continuing to write production Python, contributing to Guillotina and Plone ecosystems and specializing in asyncio, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Linux operations. Comfortable across backend and infrastructure, he blends pragmatic architecture with developer ergonomics—he even prefers Emacs for long coding sessions. With a master's in computer science from Aarhus and a background in full‑stack search features and pervasive systems, he pairs academic rigor with practical product delivery. Notably, he sustains both leadership and coder velocity by actively shipping code as CTO.
