Top SchoolNiladri Dutt is an ML-focused PhD candidate at UCL, sponsored by Adobe Research, with eight years of experience building generative AI and 3D systems across academia and industry. He has driven research that bridges large multimodal models and 3D content—co-authoring papers at SIGGRAPH, CVPR, ECCV and Eurographics—and interned as a research scientist at Adobe working on generative 3D modeling. Previously he led ML at NFTPort through a $26M Series A, built scalable vector-search and deepfake detection systems, and shipped avatar and identity-preserving 3D generation at Ready Player Me. Comfortable spanning theory and production, he combines deep learning research with API and infrastructure engineering, and has a track record of turning novel ideas (e.g., MLLM image retouching and 3D-aware NeRF editing) into publishable, product-ready outputs. Based in London, he maintains an active research-to-product pipeline and a personal site showcasing his work.
