Top SchoolNils Haukås is a seasoned full-stack programmer and founder based in Bergen with 11 years of experience turning UX-led ideas into maintainable web solutions and advising organizations on IT strategy. He has held hands-on technical leadership roles, most recently as CTO at Netlife Bergen, and now builds products and consults through his company Builder Heart. With roots in UX, interaction design and a master’s in Information Technology, he blends user-centered thinking with developer ergonomics to create software that scales over time. He coaches teams and clients on cultivating technical excellence and prefers discussing maintainability, value delivery and technology’s societal role over outsourcing.
