Top SchoolNils Koch is a deployed AI engineer based in Munich with six years of hands-on experience building cloud-native, full-stack systems and production AI deployments. He moves comfortably from high-level architecture to nuts-and-bolts implementation, having shipped services at Palantir, led cloud engineering at Merck, and specialized in React, Node.js, Go, Python, Kubernetes, and AWS. His background as a mechatronics-trained developer and a computer science graduate gives him a practical systems mindset that bridges hardware-adjacent thinking and scalable software design. Known for turning prototypes into reliable, deployable systems, he favors pragmatic automation and reproducible deployments that accelerate product delivery. Outside core work he blends deep engineering curiosity with a penchant for solving parallelism and scalability challenges learned early in Golang-focused roles.
