Top SchoolNimrod Ram is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder with 12 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations and products from early startup stages through IPO. As CTO and former Head of Innovation at Riskified he led cross-continental teams spanning developers, data scientists, integrations, and customer-facing engineers, helping shepherd the company to a public offering. He blends a rare combination of artistic sensibility—holding a BFA and teaching interdisciplinary media and real-time synthesis—with deep computer science expertise, applying creative approaches to product and systems design. Nimrod has repeatedly founded and led startups in video, predictive curation, and security/innovation domains, learning hard lessons from both exits and shutdowns that sharpen his operational judgment. Based in New York, he pairs hands-on technical depth with people-first leadership and a history of curriculum design and mentorship that fuels developer growth and cross-functional collaboration.
