Top SchoolNinad Pradhan is a seasoned software engineering manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a 25-year track record of building and leading cross-functional teams across startups and large enterprises. He currently heads engineering for LLM/GenAI and agentic workflows at Auditocity while also driving regionalization efforts at Amazon and previously led AI-enabled consumer and retail products at Fanatics. His technical breadth spans Typescript, Java/Scala, AWS, MongoDB and Linux, and he has hands-on experience with microservices, Kafka, GraphQL, and low-latency systems. He has repeatedly scaled teams, reduced downtime, and boosted user engagement through pragmatic architecture and strong delivery discipline. As a founder and former CTO of an AR storytelling studio, he blends product intuition with systems-level engineering, making him comfortable shipping innovative AI features as well as mission-critical backend platforms. His uncommon strength is combining deep legacy systems experience (from finance and telecom) with cutting-edge GenAI productization.
