Senior🎓
Top SchoolNino Ryschawy is a software engineer with 10 years of experience building management and monitoring software for ISPs, currently contributing at NMS Prime from Dresden. He combines full-stack capabilities—Laravel/PHP on Linux, Bash, Python and C backends, and jQuery/Vue frontends—with strong database and networking expertise, including leading a MySQL-to-PostgreSQL migration for performance. Comfortable across languages, he treats programming as craft rather than syntax, quickly picking up tools as needed to solve real-world problems. His hands-on networking background covers Cisco routers, IP routing and protocols like SNMP, TR-069 and PPPoE, which informs pragmatic system design. He balances a perfectionist drive with entrepreneurial thinking to deliver user-friendly, automated digital workflows. Outside work he stays energized through sports and social activities, sustaining focus and resilience for complex projects.
