Senior🎓
Top SchoolNipun Arora is a Senior Software Engineer with nine years of experience building scalable cloud and distributed systems across top tech firms and startups. He has driven product-critical platforms at Google and Amazon—designing data models, ETL pipelines, and event-driven services—and now applies that expertise at Uber while advising a fast-growing startup on chat, video-on-demand and payment architectures. Equally comfortable in Android and full-stack LAMP development, he blends hands-on implementation with performance-driven optimizations (notably improving web vitals and first-page loads) that helped scale a 3-person team into a 150-person organization. A mentor and early-stage founder, he also teaches students and contributed to open-source Android projects during Google Summer of Code, demonstrating a continuous commitment to developer communities and practical innovation. Based in Delhi, he pairs systems-level thinking with a product-first mindset to deliver performant, user-focused solutions.
