Summary
🤩
RockstarNir Benita is a seasoned product and UX leader with 12 years of experience taking products from POC to product-market fit, currently serving as Sr Staff UI/UX Designer at ServiceNow after founding Traceloop’s design practice. He has led product and design teams at Walnut—scaling design orgs, shipping strategic initiatives, and establishing UX research, design systems and writing practices—and previously headed design and innovation efforts at First and Wix. Comfortable wearing multiple hats, Nir combines hands-on execution with strategic product leadership, having run product, UX and delivery processes as Head of Product at a growth-stage startup. Based in Tel Aviv, he brings a practitioner's rigor to early-stage consulting and enterprise design, and balances a tech-obsessed mindset with a quietly disciplined personal practice as a practicing Buddhist.
