Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolNirbheek Chauhan is a multimedia consultant and seasoned engineer with 17 years of experience building and optimizing multimedia systems, tooling, and build infrastructures. Based in Bengaluru, he has deep open-source roots as a long-time GNOME contributor and Centricular engineer, working across GStreamer, Meson, GLib and Opus to improve cross-platform builds, CI/CD, and WebRTC demos. His strengths lie in build automation and devops for native projects—reducing relinking, hardening MSVC/MinGW support, and untangling CI issues—plus hands-on work on signaling servers and multi-party WebRTC integrations. He blends backend and full-stack skills with low-level debugging and platform portability, often addressing subtle compiler and linker issues that block releases. Less obvious: he repeatedly contributes to tooling and test frameworks, improving developer workflows as much as end-user features. An IIT Kanpur alumnus, he pairs strong engineering rigor with a long track record of practical open-source impact.
