Top SchoolNitesh Apte is a Solution, Technical and Data Architect with over 17 years in software engineering and more than a decade delivering architecture and data modeling for enterprise and IoT platforms. Based in Johannesburg, he blends hands-on development in Java, Scala, PHP and Gosu with expertise in microservices, Cassandra/Oracle data modeling, and Guidewire implementations. He has architected IoT solutions for global clients like Walmart, Nissan and Intel, and designs scalable microservice landscapes while also contributing to implementation and requirement analysis. Known for bridging deep database design (conceptual to physical) with pragmatic service-oriented architectures, he brings both legacy system experience and modern reactive/AI-ML sensibilities. An uncommon strength is his cross-domain fluency—from insurance Guidewire stacks to enterprise IoT—allowing him to translate complex business needs into robust, production-ready architectures.
