Senior🎓
Top SchoolNithiwat Kampanya is a seasoned software leader and Senior Software Development Manager based in Blacksburg, Virginia, with two decades of hands-on development experience and over a decade in leadership roles. He has a strong track record designing and re-architecting large-scale, distributed provisioning and API platforms—most notably leading Rackspace Cloud Office’s migration from monolith to service-oriented, API-driven systems and scaling hosted Exchange services to support hundreds of thousands of mailboxes. At Virginia Cyber Range he now directs software delivery for cyber education infrastructure, blending cloud-native patterns, microservices, and orchestration to meet demanding uptime and scalability needs. Technically fluent across .NET, Node.js/TypeScript, Azure, and observability stacks, he pairs deep systems engineering with pragmatic product sensibility. A former researcher in computational linguistics techniques early in his career, he brings both academic rigor and production-hardened engineering judgment to complex distributed systems.
