Senior🎓
Top SchoolNitzan Wilnai is a veteran game developer and engineering leader with over two decades of experience building game engines, live game teams, and commercially successful titles from indie mobile to AAA rendering work. Based in Palo Alto, he has led R&D and Unity teams on high-DAU live games, applied Data Oriented Programming in production, and shipped top-charting apps as a founder and technical lead. He now runs nitzan.games, creating an AI-first multiplayer game platform with leaderboards and monetization, while authoring a forthcoming Manning book on Data Oriented Design for Games. Comfortable switching between hands-on engine work and people leadership, he has repeatedly scaled small senior teams to deliver live services and shipped both hyper-casual and complex titles. Less obvious: he blends deep console-era rendering experience with modern Unity/DOP practices, giving him rare cross-era technical fluency that accelerates both prototyping and long-term live ops.
