Top SchoolNoah Blon is a Head of eCommerce Platform Engineering with 14 years of experience designing and delivering revenue-critical SaaS platforms that align customer behavior, billing, and analytics at scale. Based in Minneapolis, he leads cross-functional teams at Vaisala Xweather, owning technical direction, hiring, and execution for a unified commerce stack spanning Auth0, Stripe, Salesforce, Segment, Redshift, and Snowflake. He combines frontend and backend chops—React/Next.js, Node.js, serverless architectures—and infrastructure expertise in AWS and Terraform to automate subscription flows and provisioning across global products. A pragmatic strategist, Noah translates complex technical tradeoffs into measurable business outcomes and has a track record of reducing onboarding friction and operational toil via real-time data pipelines and single-sign identity systems. He’s equally at home optimizing developer workflows as he is aligning product, finance, and leadership around predictable revenue delivery.
